Cats are a problem for snipers. I think they secretly have been for a while now. Anyone who believes they are a worthy target for assassination should go to the pet store right now - and buy a cat. Heck, get a few of them really. Can you really put a price on safety? Technically yes, but that's just the way the world works.Anyways, cats are a good way to a make a "Sniper Fail".
