Woo!

So Christmas was pretty wicked, I got stuff, and gave stuff, and have been overloaded with an insane amount of sugar.

I got Muramasa, and A boy and his Blob, and The New Super Mario Bros., and Scribblenauts, and Zelda Spirit Tracks. Wow, ya, I have my work cut out for me :D

Plus I'm still pushing along in Pokemon Platinum and got other games to beat, and art projects to do and oh boy. There's basically 2 real days of my holiday left before work kicks in and school starts again.

Why is it called a holiday when I really only had 4 days off? It's more like a long weekend. Whatever - that's life!

Happy new year everyone!

Dice Gods

So, I can finally show you guys this because... It's after Christmas! And it is no longer a secret as I have given it away.

I spent a good deal of time working on this, pushing back any other projects, and really, there's nothing I would have rather done because this came out fabulously!

Basically, me and my friends play this game, okay you all know what it is, it's Warhammer. Anyway, whenever we play we can honestly say that the Dice Gods are on my friend's side. This picture, shows just that.
(click on it for BIG-er-ness)

So if you couldn't guess it, my friend is the one with the giant wings killing everyone okay?

CHRISTMAS IS oooveerrrr....

Well I guess Santa did get around to delivering all those presents.

And now, Christmas is gone and gone and we're nearing the 2 year count down to the end of the world as we know it. Poppycock I say, some people need a good smack to the face with a slippery pickle... or something like that.

Those Mayans were pretty smart though... hopefully a little crazy too.

So, Who wants to go launch Superman at stuff?

Christmas Cards for all!

MERRY CHRISTMAS!

So I made some Christmas cards for everyone to enjoy! yeah! Triangle Dude may invade your holidays... if you choose it to be so.

Just click on the card below, print it off, and fold it up! It's one of those 2-fold, 4-Panel kind of cards. The bottom right is the front of the card. The rest should be figure-out-able.

You could also color them... OoOOooOo :D, and there's SIX different ones!

Evil Evil Santa

EEEEE
It's almost Christmas and I'm all done my Shopping! Whew. The malls are a crazy zoo of crazy people who are trampling their mall zoo keepers to death even.

Also, Santa is evil, at least this is a theory of mine. He's way cool and awesome and I hope I'm on his good list, but I'm sure he's hiding something... way up there in the frigid barren nothing land of snow and ice.

Christmas Crunch

The Christmas crunch is upon me!

So, alas, no Triangle Dude Comics this week :(

School's almost done, shopping's almost done, crazy chaotic work is hopefully almost done, and all this is making me feel very "done."

I'm exhausted! I need a break!... again, kind of...
Be upset if you must, but I shall be resting these eyes, hands, and my poor old brain.

Tycoon

Anyone ever play Roller Coaster Tycoon? Of course you did - and I recently had an urge to play it. Now I have story for you which involves the before mentioned game. Aqua Park, yes Aqua Park... oh Aqua Park and your dang Water Slide that comes with the park when you start. Eventually this ride has a tendency to fail utterly resulting in a repeating incident where 2 people will die.

Whatever, my park was all like, super duper, and people dieing didn't matter much anymore - so I renamed the water slide "This ride did not kill 2 people" and lowered the price to 50 cents. No one was the wiser as they all began to think "Water Slide 1 is really good value" instead of the whole it's not safe thing. Well everytime people die now I get this message in the picture above :D

Snow Monster

I have fooled you. There is no Snow Monster... BUT, there is a "Tree Monster" and some more "Snow" up at Triangle Dude Comics.

School semester is almost out as well... AND I CAN'T WAIT! WOOT! I hope it snows so freakin' much and that I will be able to dig a tunnel through it to my friends house. There will be secret snow forts and snow wars and tunnels of adventure.

Winter you say

What's this. Winter you say? Why yes, Why yes of course. Wow, I wonder why I'm starting all these sentences with a W. Whatever.

Well, there's two new comics one having something or other to do with "Robot Grades" and the other about "Winter".

Whenever it starts to get this close to Christmas I can't help but wonder when the snow's going to come. Will it ever get here?! W (yes I cheated), it just doesn't fall here enough for me to loathe it, and it just falls here little enough for me to love it.

Faces of people or something

I like doodling. It helps me pass the time and consume the boredingness of school.

Here is a doodle. Followed by another doodle of what may or may not or may not not be me.

At The Summit, and Cliff Roll

I can't wait for the snow. I'm excited. So I made a comic with some snow it... set "At The Summit".

And in the spirit of cliffs another comic has sprung from my head, called "Cliff Roll".

GOOD TIMES.

Also, the Large Hadron Colider is back up and running. Most exciting!

Oh No, Zombies

What the hey Zombies?! Get outta here, quit biting on my eye, quit running faster than me...

It's enough to make you wish for the good old days... the kinds of Zombies our Old People had to live with.

Coraline Drawin'

It's another edition of Drawing in the Movies! *Applause*

This time round I popped in Coraline for a short run of drawings... then pulled out some chips and dip and got lazy and just watched the rest of it.

Have a gander! It's my first time trying this with something not "live action, real live person, in the flesh, fleshies."

GWAR

GWAR! There be no Triangle Dude Comics this week. Final projects and numerous things to be studied for. Time, she is... disappearing.

Don't worry, I'll be back.

The Short-Lived Adventures of the "S.S.Gets Attacked by Octopus"

Well it's been a bit of a busy week, and I wasn't able to get this up on Friday - it just took a good chunk of time to do!

But 'tis here now... The Short-Lived Adventures of the "S.S.Gets Attacked By Octopus".

Yes... Another horrible name for a ship.

You can find the design over at Shop Vorgus as well... right Here!

Warrior of Conflict

Do you remember THIS? Because... it's done!

Almost a month later, I've finally managed to force myself to use some of my free time wisely and get this thing done!

It's called Warrior of Conflict... because... well... there's some conflict and what have you going on.

It's 12" by 18", Ink/Charcoal/Pencil Crayon/Watercolor/Acrylic, Approx. 8 Hours

Ya, I guess it took about 8 hours, but that's not counting all the preliminary testing of techniques and colors and various mediums I tried out which could easily up this project into the 12 hour range... which I guess.... still isn't THAT long. But whatever, it took a month :P

Pum-p-kins

Stabbing is fun. Stabbing pumpkins is Legal.

So, Halloween is a great opportunity for some fun, legal stabbing. Wow, that makes me sound like some sort of crazed murder maniac, but I assure you I am not!

Here's some pumpkins from Halloween Night - some of which were stabbed, gutted, and carved by me!

In front of my house, the pumpkins are waiting to greet all the trick 'r' treaters.

Mine and my friends pumpkins all lit up and glowing with angry jack-o-lantern glory.

You can't see it from this angle, but the pumpkin on the left has a bullet hole in its left side... creating a nice gaping hole of pumpkin brain matter to ooze out on the other side :D

The S.S.Triangle Dude Goes On

WOO! So... Halloween is over, but 'twas a blast! Anywho, here's the last (for now I suppose) "Ghost and Fleshy 7" comic, and a "Happy Halloween" to everyone out there!

Also, the new comic is called "Ship Names", because that is important information to know.

Here's a quick doodle-ma-bob that may or may not have something to do with the next comic. Is it an octopus? A squid? Some sort of sea creature with tentacles and a huge eye... yes.

Ghost and Fleshy are back!

Almost Halloweenie-eenie-meenie-miney-mooo-ween! Which means there's still some more Ghost and Fleshy on the way, and then... who knows. But I'm sure they'll be back! Who doesn't love a loveable murderous ghost now and again!?

So here's #5 and #6.

Also, I'm a day late. My apologies! Tuesdays comic came out on Wednesday, but only because the power decided to go out and murder my computer... 3 days later, I'm back up to speed! Gah...

Zombies on the Brain

So I got zombies on the brain - can you blame me? Zombieland and Halloween and all the specials and shows on TV. It's a prime time for zombies.

Look how productive I am at work.

Okay... I was on my break - so this doesn't really show my productivity at all. It is the future of apocalyptic travel though.

TDComics YO

I still don't know what to be for Halloween... part of it might be that I don't really feel like dressing up this year, part of it might be that I don't really feel like spending money on a costume this year, part of it might be that I don't really feel like being in an uncomfortable costume for a whole night, and part of it is mostly because I'm lazy - and I make a perfectly good hippie.

Fleshy, in "Ghost and Fleshy 4" can't decide what to be either.

AND! A break from Ghost and Fleshy comes "Home Pregnancy Test" which I actually didn't make on the computer! It's a hand drawn, inked, and colored comic - fairly exciting! This opens up some opportunities... opportunities for say... something, but I'm sure they're there.

Ghost and Fleshy will return this Friday :D

And can you believe it, I'm almost at comic 200. YES.

Task Coach

I like to make lists. Lists of things that I have to do. If I don't write what I have to do on my list - there's a good chance I'll forget it, or worry about forgetting it, or just neglect to even do it. My desk, for a while, had numerous sheets of paper with little notes and lists of things to look up or remember to do etc. etc. all written all over them. Kind of mess, but it worked... sort of.

Recently I came across Task Coach. It's awesome. I can keep track of everything I need to do, stuff I want to do, set up recurring tasks, organize them all, check them off, annnnd the best part is it's also a portable application, and free! Meaning... I can stick it on my usb drive and take it all over - mainly to school and back home.

Another really handy portable app I found is AllwaySync'n'Go. There's totally a portable version to download at the bottom of the link. It's FREE, and it's pretty easy to use. It's nice to be able to use it at home or at school and make sure I always have up-to-date backups (3!) of my schoolwork.

School Doodles

Well there goes another week of... DRAFTING SCHOOL! And how does it go? Well good, very good thank you, thank you for asking. So good in fact that I'll even let you see a page from my notebook - my very professional notebook with many professional notes...

Okay, so the notebook lacks any actual notes, this page anyway, but I assure you they are there! Notes about foundation walls and footings and frost depth and how to attach your foundation to a sill plate and not destroy your neighbors house. Good stuff. Now here's another page...

Oh... well this isn't notes either I suppose. Can you guess what movie I was waiting to go see after school today? I'll give you a hint - zombies from sort of a land. Okay so it was Zombieland, and it was pretty freakin' awesome!
